I believe there's a little bit of magic that happens when someone is told a story, which is exactly why I chose this career path. The idea that I could bring a bit of joy, a glimmer of hope, or even a sliver of magic to someone's life through a story I'm a part of, in which they're (the audience) whisked away into a reality different from their own for a few hours...that means everything to me.
